🍄 Become Better:

🎩 My experience delivering a paid service in Web3

Earlier this week I jumped into Bricktopians to share a private workshop video on my experience delivering KOL management services in Web3.

In it I give the raw details of what delivering a paid service is actually like.

No BS, the real sh*t.

This is the video 👇

TLDR:

➣ The service isn’t just the ‘item’ that you deliver. It’s HOW you serve the client. (The expectations you set, how fast you reply, the documents/reporting you give them, etc). Easy way to think about this is the difference you feel when you go to a fine dining restaurant vs a place that is rude, slow and has bad food.

➣ Make sure you set boundaries at the point of selling the client, otherwise it can be hard to change the working rhythm in the middle when they are pushing for more than you expected.

➣ Use the learnings from your current client to improve processes so that you can deliver an even better service for the next client. (Don’t just think ‘that was a tough client’ and repeat the same mistakes).

🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:

📝 How to stop procrastinating — take the pressure off yourself.

A really simple rule that I often use to get out of writers block:

👉 Sit down and say to yourself: “You don’t need to do your work. You just can’t do anything else.”

This is such a simple way to make your life and work feel easier.

If you struggle with this, my trick is I leave my phone in another room, and if I find myself getting distracted I use website blockers such as Opal.

Try this for yourself and let me know how you go:

Have a great weekend friends ☀️
