If you’re running a service based business (agency, ghostwriting, consulting, freelancing, etc) - You need to watch this video.

This video breaks down how to calculate the maximum revenue that your current company can generate, and what you need to change in order to keep growing.

(If you have no intentions of running a service based business, you can skip it.)

🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:

How to enjoy the process.

I talk a lot about how you need to enjoy the process of creating content or running your business, otherwise you’ll never commit to it long enough to succeed.

But that’s easier said than done.

You can’t flip a magic switch in your brain that makes you enjoy the work you’re doing and not care about the results.

The key I’ve found to unlock this mindset is to focus on inputs not outcomes.

For example,

Rather than trying to get 100 likes from a single post.

Try and see if you can get 2 posts out per day for a week.

If you focus on the second concept, it doesn’t matter whether or not you get likes. At the end of the week you will feel good.

And because you feel good, you want to keep on doing it.

And because you keep on doing it, you get better, which leads to likes and engagement.

Every time I get stuck or hit a plateau, I refocus on the inputs, have a beginners mindset and reward myself for doing the work.
