✋ Before we jump in:

Tax season is almost wrapped in the US, and we’re running it back with the US tax firm: Count on Sheep

They’re a crypto accounting firm that was recommended to us by the team at Polygon, and I’ve personally partnered with them to get every new client a Bricktopian NFT.

So if you:
➣ Don’t have time to do your taxes
➣ Want to pay less taxes on your gains
➣ Or took some L’s that you want to harvest against future gains.

🪂 Care-Package:

A weekly package of actionable strategies to help you Grow Faster through content, business & health.

🧲 Attract an audience:

🤝 How to Network IRL

Saw this late last week from the master of Web3 business Leon Abboud.

The biggest accelerator of my Web3 career has been in-person events.

Whether it be business connections, behind the scenes alpha or investment opportunities — You can shortcut your journey by meeting the right people at the right time.

But how do you actually network at a Web3 event.

The answer: Don’t try to get anything from anyone.

This guide from Leon is EXACTLY how you should approach events so that you plant seeds, which compound and grow into something massive later.

🍄 Become Better:

📆 How I organise my calendar to get sh*t done

Earlier this week one of our Bricktopian creators said to me:

“I don’t understand how you have enough time for everything.”

And the funny thing is, if I worked the way that I used to work 3 months ago,

I wouldn’t have enough time for anything.

But I made some small adjustments to my working rhythm in July that changed everything for me.

Now I have more time than I ever needed and I’m constantly levelling up every single week.

Here’s what I did to 5x how much work I get done in a week:

1️⃣ I only accept calls at the end of my day or at the very start if the team I’m meeting is based in Asia/Australia. Nothing in the middle. I keep Wednesday as my ‘manager mode’ day, and on Tuesdays & Thursdays I try to have zero meetings at all where possible. This gives me full blocks of time to get uninterrupted deep work done:

2️⃣ I say no to literally everything. Right now I’m trying to scale the agency component to what we’re working on. So I only accept calls that are either 1. client sales, 2. management calls & 3. spaces that directly market what we do. Right now I don’t accept any inbound 1-on-1’s. When you are clear on your goals and how to get there, it becomes super easy to understand which calls are aligned to what your focus is, and which calls are not.

3️⃣ In the mornings, I work on improving the systems that run the business. Think about it, if every morning you got 10% more efficient. After 1.5 weeks you will double your speed, and this will keep compounding. In July, I used to only be able to handle one client by myself, and that work would take me multiple days. Currently I’m handling 7+ clients, making sales and making content, without feeling burnt out. That is all because every day I push myself to make templates & improve the systems that run the machine.

🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:

☀️ Instant way to de-stress and reduce anxiety

If you feel stressed from work or anxious about something like public speaking, this is a breathing technique that I use to give me a feeling of instant calm, no matter what the circumstances are.

I do this before a Twitter space, public speaking or a sales call.

Try it for yourself and let me know how it goes for you:

Have a great weekend Legends ❤️
