How to make yourself more valuable for Web3 brands & employers ✨
GM Friends 👋
Hope you’ve had an awesome week. In this episode we’re jumping into:
🪂 Care-Package:
✨ Do this to make your account more attractive to Web3 brands & employers.
🤝 I’ve started a private section for Web3 creators & entrepreneurs
🔮 I don’t believe in magic pills. But this has literally changed my life.
🪂 Care-Package:
A weekly package of actionable strategies to help you Grow Faster through content, business & health.
🧲 Attract an audience:
✨ Do this to make your account more attractive to Web3 brands & employers.
I’m now looking at A LOT of small accounts every single day.
People that I want in Bricks.
People who are looking for jobs
People that I want to help get sponsorships.
And there is only one thing that helps me decide if your account is good or if it still needs to improve.
What you post about.
It sounds obvious, but this is the difference maker.
❌ You want to avoid:
Retweeting a bunch of farms
Shilling your bags too hard
Only tweeting GMs.
✅ Instead, you want someone coming to your account to feel like you’re a real person.
You post your own opinions.
At least 1x of your own tweets for every 2x retweets.
You speak with your own voice (not copy and pasting what a brand has on their website)
Most people on the timeline tweet like robots, pumping and regurgitating everything they see from the brands they’re a part of.
If you can show you’re a human, you will stand out.
🍄 Become Better:
🤝 I’ve started a private section for Web3 Creators & Entrepreneurs
This is probably my favourite thing that I’ve created in the past year.
It’s a private section in Bricktopians where I can share unfiltered info on how I actually find opportunities for myself, and how you can use my learnings for yourself.
All you need in order to get access is a Bricktopian NFT.
And the best part, if you don’t find value you can sell the NFT afterwards.
If you’re struggling as a creator or Web3 entrepreneur, join us.
🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:
🔮 I don’t believe in magic pills. But this has literally changed my life.
Out of every purchase I’ve ever made, this has increased my productivity more than any other.
Opal: An iPhone app that blocks your apps and websites at specific times throughout the day.
How I use it:
I have 3 different ‘blocking sessions’ that I use for different apps:
Morning (6am-8am):
Can’t check Twitter (saves me diving straight into notifications when I wake up).
Workday (8am-6pm, Mon-Fri):
Instagram is blocked (I have no reason to check it during the day, and it used to distract me a lot).
YouTube is blocked (I would often find myself going on YouTube in the ‘in between’ moments, which was preventing me from resting my brain after a massive work session).
Night time (10:20pm-6am):
I just added this and it’s a game changer.
I would often find myself doom scrolling late at night and it would kill me sleep, making me feel exhausted for the next morning.
Now at 10:20pm I am locked out of Youtube, Instagram and Twitter.
The only thing I check briefly is the NBA Subreddit to catch the basketball news and then I run out of content pretty quickly, helping me go straight to sleep.
❌ The one bad thing though…
It’s expensive, it’s like $10 a month. Which for an app feels like a lot.
A cheaper alternative that I’ve used in the past is an app called Freedom.
But even with the pricetag, what I’ve found is that I’ve gotten at least one extra hour out of myself every day for the past few months, and am now getting better sleep.
If I price my working hours at an hourly rate, it is worth WAY more to me than $10 a month to get several extra solid work hours per week.

Stay safe friends ❤️
Quick one before you go, there’s a new phishing scam going around.
People are conducting fake job interviews and asking you to download video software for the call.
If you see a fake job listing, or receive a DM. Please do not download any video-call software.
Stay safe and have a great weekend ☀️
