GM Friends 👋

It’s been a massive week.

My workload has been ramping up, and even in a down market I’m seeing that there are heaps of paid opportunities out there.

I’ll be breaking down how I’m getting these opportunities, and some lessons from Kelano, in the articles below.

Let’s get into it 👇

🪂 Care-Package:

A weekly package of actionable strategies to help you Grow Faster through content, business & health.

🧲 Attract an audience:

🤝 Give people an incentive to help you, and succeed together.

This is also how YOU can earn $1,000 — $5,000 by partnering with me.

Last week I mentioned this briefly in my networking breakdown.

But this week I’ve seen how powerful it actually is.

The biggest hack to get more paid opportunities:

Give people an incentive to help you.

It’s not enough to have a strong network,

You need to make it easy for the people in your network get paid for helping you get opportunities.

E.g. Giving them a cut of the revenue, just for making an introduction. It takes them 2 minutes and gets you instant business. Everyone wins.

In the past week, this approach has turned my small stream of opportunities into a tidal wave that I’m grinding hard to keep up with.

⭐️ This is what I do: ⭐️

If someone:

➣ Brings me a paid content opportunity
➣ Brings our group of content creators a massive paid content opportunity (we have 40+ content creators / KOLs, if you are here to get a referral this is where the real money is).

I give the person who sent me the opportunity 20% of the first month’s revenue.

That means if someone has an opportunity, and they literally take 2 minutes to make an introduction, they can get paid $1,000 — $5,000 just for putting me in a group chat with someone.

🫵 If YOU have an opportunity for us 🫵

You can send me a DM on twitter to get a referral.

And if you’re a Web3 service provider, I highly recommend creating your own referral program and making sure your network knows about it.

🍄 Become Better:

💼 How Kelano got his first clients in Web3

Yesterday we ran one of my favourite sessions in the Bricktopians Discord.

Covering:
➣ How to get paid opportunities
➣ How to get a job in Web3
➣ How to become more valuable

*We’re running these every week, and you don’t even need to own a Bricktopian to join. Next session will be 1:30pm CET / 7:30am EST, in this Discord.

My favourite part of the session was when Kelano spoke about how he got his first clients in Web3, and gradually increased his prices over time.

Here’s the quick recap:

1️⃣ At the beginning, he offered a massive service (ghostwriting, replies & threads every week) for just $1,500 per month.

2️⃣ He was able to sign 3 clients and noticed that all of them said YES too easily.

3️⃣ He then increased his prices by $500 every 3 clients that he signed.

4️⃣ As he got more demand, he began to reduce the amount of work that he offered, for the same price, which gave him more time (and therefore the ability to take on more clients). He also continued to increase his prices.

Following this pathway he was able to grow to a 5 figure business extremely quickly, and this was when he had 6,000 followers.

If you’re a Web3 service provider, this is the playbook to getting over $10,000 per month.

🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:

🙅‍♂️ Eliminate the word ‘should’ from your vocabulary

Do you ever have those moments where you’re like:

“I should get coffee with that person.”

OR

“I don’t really feel like going to this tonight but I should go.”

The word should is a subconscious queue that deep down you don’t actually want to do something.

For me, I find that it creeps into my consciousness whenever I feel like I should get back to that person, even though I’ve worked back to back nights and I just don’t have time at the moment.

Now whenever I hear the word should enter my thoughts, I take a moment to pause and ask myself:

“Do I actually need to do this?”

If the answer is no, I cut it out.

By eliminating 2-3 “shoulds” per week, you’ll find yourself feeling less stressed and living the life that YOU want to live.

If you want to check out where I got this idea from, I first learnt this from Naval 2 years ago and it’s been a game changer for me ever since:

Have a great weekend friends ❤️
