When writing bullet points in content, write them as ‘stairs’ to make the content more pleasurable for the reader.

❌ What not to do:

• Don’t write your bullet points

• With the sentences

• Having variable random lengths with no structure

✅ Instead, do this:

• Write your points

• So that they look like

• A staircase to walk down

This is more enjoyable for the reader.

(Of course, don’t cut your sentences across multiple bullets, that was just to illustrate the structure).

Create a feeling of momentum by recording your wins each day

A small habit that I’ve been getting a lot of benefit from this week is recording my wins at the end of a day.

When you have a to-do list, and new tasks emerge during the day, you can often feel like you didn’t accomplish your goals for the day.

But by recording your wins (including those that may interrupt your flow), you’ll often realise that you’re getting way more done than expected.

For me, this has created a feeling of momentum that has made work super enjoyable this week.

✅ Create a new internal template: When I started this newsletter, it used to take me 4 hours+ to write. At least 1.5 hours of that time was spent formatting. I’ve slowly been working on creating a template that speeds up my workflow. The best part is that having a template not only reduces set-up time, but also helps me organise my thinking. Now I’m able to share more value, in a structured way, faster than ever before. This week I made some final upgrades and I’m super happy with it.

Really excited to have hit two of my goals. Now one remains. When I complete that final goal I’ll update the set to have my next 3 targets.
