New Web3 Jobs from BAYC, Doodles, Memeland, Azuki & More... 💯
GM Legends 👋
Shoutout to the many new friends who have joined us this week.
In this episode I’ll cover:
🪂 Care-Package: The Twitter (𝕏) algorithm has changed
🤝 Web3 Job Opportunities (at Every Level)
🧗♂️ Building in Public: The Newsletter
Also if you’re looking for a job in Web3, make sure you’ve reached out here.
Let’s jump in 👇️
🪂 Care-Package:
A weekly package of actionable strategies to help you Grow Faster through content, business & health.
🧲 Attract an audience:
The Twitter (𝕏) has changed, again.
If you’re growing a personal brand on Twitter, make sure to check out this thread by NFT GOD to keep up to date with all the changes.
Highlights:
Stop using the word “thread” in your content. Since Meta launched its Twitter / 𝕏 competitor, this word (and mentions of other competitors) are massively deboosted.
Videos are getting pushed heavily.
Tweets will have a longer life in the timeline.
If you allow people to subscribe to you, you may see a boost in engagement (even if you have no subscribers).
🍄 Become Better:
Get more done, using this mindset (by Jack Butcher)
I’ve been getting a tonne of value out of Jack Butcher’s content.
(Like many of us, I learnt about him in Web3, but his content outside of Web3 is even better)
This short video summarises the way I’ve approached my work over the past 2 months, getting more done and constantly creating more time to focus on what matters.
🌿 Feel f*cking fantastic:
Working hard and feel good while you do it
Two sections about working hard in a row, I know. But trust me on this one.
I’ve had to work a lot of 14 hour days back-to-back over the past few weeks.
And something that I’ve had to find strategies for is getting more done, in less time, without burning out.
If you’ve followed my content, you’ll know I talk about strategic ‘digital breaks’
But the formula that has been working for me during periods of high intensity is…
The Formula (working hard without burnout):
Start your day by taking an extra moment to look at your to-do list and eliminate unnecessary tasks. An eliminated task is as good as a completed task if it isn’t necessary.
Make your first task of the day your hardest task. This builds momentum.
Recognise that “relaxing” whilst watching YouTube, Netflix, TikTok, etc. still stimulates your brain. If you are overcooked, this will burn you out.
Follow-up to above 👆️ - set your phone to “greyscale” during periods of intense work. This will make you feel less of a desire to check apps.
After every 2 hours of work, if you can’t go for a walk, lie down flat with your legs elevated (on a pillow, against a wall, or on the edge of a couch) for 7 minutes with your eyes closed. You will finish this ‘power-nap’ feeling rested, relaxed and ready to work.
Take ‘active breaks’ - You need to eat, so take the time to make and eat your food without your phone. Do the laundry, make a coffee, do whatever you can whilst avoiding the digital. I leave my phone in another room whilst doing all of these active breaks.
I find if I follow these strategies I can work back-to-back massive days without burning out.

🧗 Started from the bottom now we’re here…
If you’re new here, one of the core principles of the content I share is that a newsletter is the most linear and simple business you can start in Web3. It has high sponsorship revenue and can go from being a side hustle to a full-time business in under a year. I am building this newsletter in public, to share the progress each week so that you can be a part of the journey. Now let’s get into it 👇
It’s been a MASSIVE week of growth. Appreciate all of you who have joined us 🏆
This Week:
Subscribers: 2,875 (+201 Subscribers)
Open Rate: 42.9%
Tracking my goals:
✅ Get my first sponsorship: (Complete)
🚂 2,875 / 3,000 Subscribers: Getting close 💪
✅ Create a new internal template: (Complete)
Have a great weekend legends 💯
