A weekly package of actionable strategies to help you Grow Faster through content, business & health.
🧲 Attract an audience:
🎙️ How to get better at hosting spaces
Every day I get asked by new creators,
“How do I grow faster on 𝕏?”
And every time I say the same thing: “Speak on spaces”
When I started my content journey, I didn’t grow because my content was good,
I grew because I spoke on multiple spaces every day, gaining followers every single space.
This helped me grow an audience that liked me for what I had to say, which massively boosted the engagement on my posts and my growth snowballed from there.
Now… Speaking on spaces is great, but the NEXT level up is HOSTING spaces.
This is because when you get good enough, you can invite larger guests who bring their audiences to YOU.
So how do you get better at Spaces hosting?
I always come back to this post by BAWSA, the GOAT of spaces:
TLDR:
Let your panel speak freely, but moderate the length of their take.
Focus on the FLOW, not the topic.
The best spaces are always centred around three areas; the panel, the discussion and your ability to control the room.
Sound confident as a host or else people will lose interest immediately.
And the most important advice: The space is never about you, it’s about your audience and speakers.
tips for effective space hosting 🗣️
• let your panel speak freely, but moderate the length of their take.
• focus on the FLOW, not the topic.
• the best spaces are always centered around three metrics; the panel, the discussion and your ability to control the room.

🍄 Become Better:
👑 Who you work for will determine how much money you get paid
My biggest focus at the moment has been speaking to creators & speaking to brands.
I’ve been working with both sides to help negotiate deals, to help creators get brands to work with, and brands to get creators that are strong longterm partners.
Out of everything I’ve learnt over the past few weeks, there’s been one lesson that’s been more important than anything…
WHO you sell to/work for, is as important (if not more important) than WHAT you sell.
The TLDR is you want to sell to people who have:
✅ The biggest budget
✅ The biggest pain
✅ A longterm view
I’ll give you an extreme example of a bad client:
Imagine a random small-scale NFT project that has already launched
❌ They have a low budget (Potentially no budget)
❌ They’ve already launched, they don’t have anything they want to promote
❌ They’re often quite transactional in their relationships and will fire people out of nowhere.
Out of all the conversations I’ve had, I’ve started to see there’s a ranking system in terms of who is a good client in Web3 & who is just alright.
Just alright = Web3 Startup / Company that is funded and needs users:
They are funded (but generally not massively), they need users (this is their motivation), they’re building longterm and the partnership can grow.
Better = Web3 Company or Project with a token ecosystem that’s trying to get adoption or launch in the future:
They are funded (or seeking funding) and this funding is generally bigger than for a platform or startup, they want users or transaction volume, they have a longterm view with this.
Best = Token protocol that is MASSIVE, well funded, but doesn’t get as much attention as the main protocols (e.g. Avalanche):
This is who you really want…
They are MEGA funded, and although they have this funding they’re not getting many users and they want to grow their network,
They aren’t just trying to do a single launch, they’re trying to grow longterm awareness and usage of the protocol.
In my experience, selling the exact same offer (e.g. ghostwriting, sponsorships or even getting a job), to each of these different groups will get you paid a different amount.
With the best clients paying the most…
When you work with better clients, it’s better for everyone.
You’re able to:
1️⃣ Form deeper partnerships with them.
2️⃣ Do higher quality work that takes longer to produce.
3️⃣ Build with them longterm, rather than just doing one promotion and moving on.
Right now if you’re a ghostwriter, content creator, spaces host, etc
And you’re selling your services.
Or you’re looking for a job.
My biggest recommendation is to look into these under-utilised blockchains / protocols.
That’s where the best clients & employers are right now.
